How It Works

The app would have an existing database of gems, minerals, and fossils that users can pull from to create their own unique collection entries; complete with picture references of the specimens for easy comparison, a detailed description of scientific and metaphysical properties, and the ability to add your own photos + notes on the individual specimens like how they are finished, their quality, and their current location in your home/collection. If a comparable match is not in the database, or they prefer to start from scratch, users can also create unique entries entirely from scratch even create an entry with as much or as little information included as they would like. Quick search and several organizational options enable easy navigation, and additional features include a wishlist feature, and a pinnable map feature for active rock-hounders.
